No one could believe the dog was still alive.
A Shih Tzu mix was found during a trash bag on the side of the road in Richmond. The officers of Richmond Animal Care and Control are now checking out the one that dumped the dog on the side of Midlothian Turnpike.
Christie Peters, the director of the shelter, said that the dog was brought into the shelter late Thursday night by nation who brought the dog within the garbage bag!
The skin of the dog, that was named Annabelle, was completely infected ipn addiction to its both eyes. Its teeth were also poor as she has been treated during a very bad way in her past. it had been obvious that the 5-year-old dog, has been neglected for several months, and she or he was lucky to still alive.
(RACC) shared a post on Facebook about Annabelle saying that she needs immediate medical intervention as her little body is crawling with infection. They also asked people to donate. Thankfully, the post went viral which caused many of us to donate for her.
