Maggie's life was full of pain and suffering until the day she met her beloved family. Now she is so happy she can't stop hugging her parents!
The meeting that changed everything
Mary McCraw and her husband Mark lost their dog Mischka a few months earlier, who died of cancer. They weren't sure then if they wanted to fill that void, but then they met Maggie.
She melted my heart. We had lost our dog a few months earlier, and then we weren't even sure if we would ever have a fur in our house again. But meeting Maggie changed everything. – tells Mary McCraw.
Soon Halfway There Rescue had planned a Maggie meeting with Mary and Mark, which couldn't have gone better
I bent down, and within seconds she was on my lap. Her story broke our hearts. Meeting her was love at first sight, an instant connection. We knew that our family had to join. Mark admitted.

A story like from a movie

She became one of the cutest dogs we have ever looked after. The moment Maggie met her new family, my husband and I looked at each other – we immediately knew it was amazing. This is a story like from a movie. – Andra Mack admitted.
“Thank you”
The moment Andra Mack saw Maggie's reaction to the McCraws, from she knew right away that she had found the perfect family for her. The female dog couldn't stop hugging them like she wanted to say, “Thank you.”
They were just supposed to be together. I believe their deceased dog, Mischka, looked down on this meeting and smiled. – added Andra Mack.
The McCraws agree that saving a sweet bitch changed their lives to better
